We receive the customer’s call and carefully listen to the description of the problem.

It is a central and delicate moment, in which we collect the key data in order to process the intervention.

Telephone troubleshooting.

On the phone with the customer through the LIDAT system we work to remotely solve the fault.

Remote resolution of the problem and possible sending of spare parts.

If the extent of the fault allows for rapid resolution, we will immediately deliver the original spare parts to the customer.

Alerting the team and operational means.

When the problem requires on-site intervention, we organize the most suitable technical team for the type of fault and at the same time we arrange for the spare parts to be sent to the site.

Logistic organization for the intervention.

We plan the intervention so that it is as fast, strategic and effective as possible.

The team leaves for their destination.
